Harmonization of information systems components is considered as a key element, without which a proper and efficient integration of information systems within health care sector is not possible. With increasing the number of different information systems that need to be integrated and consolidated, harmonization gains a much broader dimension. With increasing number of information systems, rises also the complexity of components (technology, processes, people), which directly influences on formation of interoperability frameworks. Preparation of interoperability basics and forming of organizational models thus becomes the main task of integration implementers.
