Project management and communication activities for the SEETechnology project

Within the 4th Call for Proposals for the Transnational Cooperation Programme for South East Europe (SEE), the »SEETechnology – Co-operation of SEE science parks for the promotion of transnational market uptake of R&D results and technologies by SME's« project has been selected. Client is University of Maribor.

University of Maribor, as the Project lead partner, is leading a consortium of nine project partners and seven associated strategic partners from seven countries which are involved in the European SEE programme: Slovenia, Austria, Hungary, Italy, Slovakia, Croatia and Romania. 

For efficient implementation of the project, the lead partner - University of Maribor - has decided to include external consultants for project management and communication activities.

IPMIT's tasks are as following:

-          Overall and financial management of the project according to the programme requirements and national legislation.

-          Daily operation of the project’s partnership for achieving effective internal communication and knowledge transfer between project partners.

-          Communication and dissemination of information on project level, to promote the achievements and results of the project.

-          Organization and implementation of the project management meetings and steering group meetings.

-          Financial management and monitoring of the project.

-          Preparation of Progress Reports for Joint Technical Secretariat of the Transnational Cooperation Programme for SEE.

-          External and internal communication, promotion of the project and activities for raising awareness of the project.
